D1 Path is a recruiting development tool used by and on behalf of student-athletes, including minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. The Platform is intended to be used by parents, guardians, coaches, or athletic trainers who input athlete information on behalf of the athlete.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us immediately at hello@no-xiii.com and we will delete it promptly.
Athlete profiles saved locally on your device remain until you clear them or uninstall the app. Email addresses submitted through the Platform are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
