D1 Path ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Wes Metcalf and Justin Alexander Kimber. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information when you use the D1 Path Multi-Sport Development Platform (the "Platform"), whether accessed via web browser, mobile application, or any other interface.

When you use D1 Path, you may voluntarily provide the following information to generate an athlete development report:

• Athlete name, grade, sport, and position
• Athletic performance metrics (e.g., 40-yard dash, exit velocity, vertical jump)
• Academic information (GPA, SAT/ACT scores, core course completion)
• Physical measurements (height, weight)
• State of residence and jersey number
• Season dates and school tier preference
• Email address (if submitted through the email capture gate)
• Athlete photo (if voluntarily uploaded)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Platform, we or our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• IP address and general geographic region
• Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
• Crash reports and performance data

1.3 Local Storage

Athlete profile data you save is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage or the mobile app's local storage. This data does not automatically transmit to our servers unless you take an action that explicitly sends it (such as submitting the email gate form).

We use the information described above to:

• Generate and display your personalized D1 athletic development report
• Process unlocks, operator codes, and in-app purchase transactions
• Respond to support inquiries sent to hello@no-xiii.com
• Improve the accuracy of our D1 benchmarks and algorithm
• Send product updates or marketing communications, if you opt in
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use athlete performance data for advertising targeting.

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., payment processors, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Combine Operators: If you use D1 Path through a licensed combine company, that operator may have access to reports generated at their event in accordance with their own privacy practices.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of D1 Path, its users, or the public.
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Children's Privacy

D1 Path is a recruiting development tool used by and on behalf of student-athletes, including minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. The Platform is intended to be used by parents, guardians, coaches, or athletic trainers who input athlete information on behalf of the athlete.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us immediately at hello@no-xiii.com and we will delete it promptly.

5. Data Retention

Athlete profiles saved locally on your device remain until you clear them or uninstall the app. Email addresses submitted through the Platform are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)
