By accessing or using any tool on d1pathway.com ("The Path Suite"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
USE OF THE PLATFORM
The Path Suite provides data-driven assessment tools for athletic, academic, and career development purposes. Our tools are intended for informational and planning purposes only. Reports generated by our tools are based on statistical models and publicly available benchmarks — they do not constitute professional athletic recruiting advice, academic counseling, or career consulting.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Full report access is available for a one-time payment of $9.99 per tool. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at hello@no-xiii.com within 48 hours for resolution.
OPERATOR CODES
Operator codes are issued at our discretion for demo, press, trial, and institutional access. Codes are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time. Redistribution or resale of operator codes is prohibited.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, data, algorithms, scoring models, report templates, and UI/UX designs on The Path Suite are the intellectual property of The Path Suite and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Path Suite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations regarding the accuracy of athletic benchmarks, school admissions data, salary projections, or career outcomes. D1 recruitment, college admission, and career success depend on many factors outside the scope of our tools.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Path Suite and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed recruiting opportunities, admissions decisions, or career outcomes.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
